The brief was for a seamless addition of 12.0 x 6.0 metre upper terrace area at the same floor level as the home. The new retaining wall bricks were matched to the house walls and detailed to reflect the Arts & Crafts era of the house. The terrace floor then matched to these elements for a timeless addition.
