HamiltonWe are very excited to have been commissioned to help create our clients’ long-time dream of a Georgian Manor House, Georgian Stables incorporating a high end retail outlet for garden and culinary consumables as well as a classic Norman/Gothic Chapel. It sits well in the old lunge arena area with already established trees and lawn areas. Atypical to all around it, this home is a true representation of its owner - funky, sophisticated, creative and very social. Full height curved ceilings and glazed walls maxamise light, sun and ventilation. Expansive north facing interface ensures year round use of home and patio.
TaupoThis gull-winged holiday home on the South shores of Lake Taupo takes full advantage of views South and sun East, North and West. Minimum 2.8 stud throughout with full sloping ceilings parallel to the roof line. Complimentary cedar, copper and Otago Schist complete this stunning alpine lake setting.

CambridgeClient brief was to create a Classic Georgian Manor. Balance, symmetry and repetition of windows denote this. On a lifestyle block with fabulous lake views, the Manor is constructed in solid masonry and plaster finish.
RaglanClient brief was for a solid masonry block home with mid-span concrete floor. Rendition of three metre stud at ground floor level with sloping ceilings to upper floor. Full double glazing with good thermal mass and cut back upper floor with overwidth stairwell for ventilation both cool and warm.
MatamataThis solid hebel masonry home is expansive and configured by one room deep plus south facing hallways. Stud at 2.8 metres and outdoor loggia and fireplace allow seemless outdoor/indoor living with 2.4 stud height joinery height allowing high sun and light levels. Hipped, flared gable rooflines create permanence and elegance when matched to the 35 degree pitched roof creating proportion and scale.
AucklandClient brief for an expansive family home set on a North facing coastal lifestyle block, this rendition of a traditional solid plastered masonry veneer home overlooks stunning sea views near a long established rural sea village. Three metre stud generally, with 3.8 vaulted entry and lounge areas create great volume of living space with turret rooms and chimneys completing the height and symmetry of the South facing entrance.
